Our Pet Policies
Apartment Homes are not ideal environments for pets. Consequently, a pet’s acceptability on the premises must be based on the owner’s control, consideration of the property and courteous concern for his neighbors.
- When a pet is acquired, a Pet Deposit and a Non-Refundable Pet Fee are required to be paid by the Resident.
- We allow a maximum of two (2) pets per apartment cats $150.00 each, Dogs (under 25 pounds) $500.00 each.
- If resident has more than one (1) pet, a separate Pet Deposit and separate Non-Refundable Pet Fee are required for each pet.
- An additional refundable deposit of $100.00 will be charged in addition to the standard deposit for any dogs weighing over 25 lbs.
- In order to keep the grounds clean and sanitary, all pets must be taken outside the perimeter of the community for their toilet purposes. Any droppings within the community, must be picked up and disposed of immediately.
- It will be a violation of these policies if any resident simply “turns out the pet” and recalls it at their convenience.
- All pets must be “on leash” when outside the Apartment Home.
- Pets are not to be tied or staked outside the Apartment Home.
- Patios are to be kept clean of pet droppings. During hot weather, especially, odors from such can be extremely offensive to neighbors. Also, pet food is not to be left outside at any time, as it will attract pests.
- The resident will be asked to remove any pet that constantly bothers other residents, whether inside or outside, or constitutes a problem or obstruction to the agents and employees of the Management or Owner from properly performing their functions, duties and responsibilities. If resident fails to remove the said pet following complaints from other residents and requests from Management, the Rental Agreement/Lease may be terminated.
