Any criminal offense within the last 7 years is a consideration for denial, including but not limited to possession, sale or manufacture of drugs, sex crimes, weapons charges, arson, murder, assault, theft, or anything that interferes with community safety or peaceful enjoyment.
Juvenile records will be considered only if the applicant is under 21. Otherwise, they will not be considered.
CRIMINAL CRITERIA
History of criminal behavior that may negatively affect tenancy — including drug offenses, sex offenses, theft, robbery, assault, or active warrants — will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. There are no automatic denials solely on the basis of arrest or conviction.
