The Affordable Housing Connection, in partnership with Williams Investments, has made a significant positive impact on low-income tax credit properties. Their support includes hosting events and providing essential items such as diapers, formula, school supplies, backpacks, Christmas gifts, and food, all contributing to residents’ well-being.

The partnership goes beyond housing, addressing social and recreational needs to build a thriving, inclusive community. By reserving units for individuals earning 40-50% of the area’s median income at properties like Winterhill, Cedars on 67th, and Woodland Greens, they demonstrate a strong commitment to affordable housing.

This collaboration highlights how non-profits and developers can work together to improve the lives of economically challenged families and create stronger communities.
